Spent 4 months working in a group of 7 to bring a product to life. We “made” an interactive yoga mat with positioning features and thought about the implications across departments - Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Business Analytics - in the form of a business plan and a final pitch.

Made a deck of Apple’s corporate strategy decisions, analyzing how these decisions positively or negatively affect the company. Also suggested a move Apple can potentially do to “move the needle”.

Made another deck analyzing P&G’s corporate strategy, specifically in regards to one of its brands, Crest, as well as the divestiture of Duracell.

Wrote brief memos on the hospitality industry and Marriott’s offerings compared to competitors. Wrote longer memos on DocuSign and whether they should adopt hybrid work, as well as Microsoft and what they should do post-merger.

Made a deck analyzing cloud gaming industry trends from the POV of a junior Microsoft employee working for Xbox.
